Izzy Casey is a poet and writer published in the Yale Review, the Columbia Review, Bat City Review, Black Warrior Review, Gulf Coast: A Journal of Literature and Fine Arts, Corriere della Sera, and more. She holds an MFA from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, where she was awarded runner-up for the John Logan Poetry Prize.

She has received fellowships from the Giancarlo DiTrapano Foundation for Literature & the Arts, Bennington College, and the Poetry Foundation. Her plays have been produced at Bennington College and at the University of Iowa’s What Happens festival.
